I do not provide the following services: ironing, wash and fold, cooking, washing dishes or exterior house cleaning

If you have pets it’s important I meet them prior to my first visit. Feel free to leave detailed pet instructions with me during the scheduling process as well. I am willing and able to take your pup out for a quick pee break.

ONE TIME CLEANING

One time cleanings include deep cleanings, move in and move out and post-renovation cleanings.

I charge by the hour for all one-time services as I do not know how long the cleaning will take.

Factors influencing the price: Size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of your home, frequency of cleaning, extra tasks requested, number of items to be moved and cleaned.

BASIC CLEAN

Deep cleaning of washrooms, including shower, sink, taps, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, floors
Dusting of entire house – including under nick-nacks on wall hangings
Sanitization of highly used touch points (door- knobs, light switches, etc.)
Vacuuming and mopping
Kitchen includes top of fridge, outside of fridge, outside of stove, inside and outside of microwave, countertops, dusting, sanitization of surfaces and outside of cupboards

ADVANCED CLEANING

Everything listed in the Basic Clean
Wiping down baseboards, trim and window frames
Cleaning inside of fridge
Wiping down windows/trim/tracks on sliding doors

EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST

Interior window glass cleaning
Walls spot cleaning
Inside of Fridge
Baseboards
Porch/patio or front entrance exterior cleaning

I cater to each client’s preferences, so if there’s anything not listed above please let me know and I can add services for an extra fee.
