I understand sometimes things happen so emergency cancellation will be assessed on an individual basis.

However, any regular cleaning appointments missed, or cancelled late, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your price.

Any cancellations for one- time cleanings require at least 24 hours notice, anything under will be subject to a flat charge of $100.00

 

Responsible cancellation helps me to schedule in another client who may be on the waiting list.

 

First appointment is always a deep cleaning, which from my experience always takes longer than any recurring cleaning appointments.
